What is it?

Developing and growing as a group

In my interactive training sessions, participants deepen their skills in the areas of (intercultural) communication, empathy, stage presence, rhetoric, improvisation and / or team development.
In my facilitations, I promote a democratic way of decision-making within the respective organisation and thus contribute to the human capital of the clients.
As a facilitator, I encourage participants to engage in participatory discussions and group activities to achieve the desired goal. I put my diverse knowledge and experience as a cultural anthropologist, theatre professional, Co-Active coach and theatre educator at the service of my clients.
I believe that the integration of communication models, active listening, coaching tools and performing arts techniques is excellent for the holistic development of my clients.
