Co-Active® Coaching is a dynamic, holistic and non-directive approach. The approach developed by the Co-Active Training Institute stands for transformative business and life coaching. It enables people to find success and fulfilment in their professional and private lives. The coaching process enables personal and professional growth by empowering people to take responsibility for change.

Regular 1:1 Sessions

With me, you will find a personalised offer. Together we create a safe space in which you can develop and experience a change of perspective. Experience shows that we achieve remarkable clarity and the desired change after 8-10 sessions.

Co-Active Coaching approach

The proven Co-Active® coaching model is based on the conviction that every person is creative, resourceful, and whole. Co-active refers to the balance between DOING and BEING, as well as to the active co-operation between coach and coachee. 
My certification is based on the standards of the International Coaching Federation (ICF).

Co-Active®-Coaching with theatre techniques

I am convinced that the combination of coaching tools and performing arts techniques is excellent for the holistic, solution-orientated development of my clients.
On request, we can incorporate exercises for body language, posture, voice and impact into the coaching process.
Theatre techniques improve imagination, increase creativity and help to refine communication skills.
